Frequently asked questions

Are any purchases final sale?

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and sanitation standards, we do not accept returns or refunds on any nail sets. Once an order has shipped, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel entirely, there is a 2 hour timeframe to do so from the time you place your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I get my order?

Pre‑Made Sets: All pre‑made ready to ship nail sets ship within 3 business days.

Custom Sets: Custom nail sets ship within 7-10 Business Days to allow time for careful design and creation.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

How much does shipping cost and where do you ship?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. My prices are below the standard. I only ship within the USA currently.

How Do I Know My Sizing?

I made a visual graphic for you to reference to get me a coin method photo of your nails. Check it out here. You can also order a sizing kit to get the exact fit.

How Do I Contact You?

You can contact me via the contact button at the very top of the webpage or you can click the black chat bubble at the bottom right hand side. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

I offer many sizes and shapes. You can view them all here.

I don’t see a design that I want, but I want a set of nails made by you.
